Weekly meetings focus on ways to control symptoms of mental illness and overcome stigma. The group provides fellowship and support for those with stress from a mental illness.

Meetings are every Saturday from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at Forest View Psychiatric Hospital, 1055 Medical Parkway SE, Grand Rapids
