Network180 offers high quality training to staff from network180 agencies and other community organizations. Trainers at network180 bring over 35 years of combined training experience and specialize in creating engaging, interactive learning experiences for human services workers.
Regularly scheduled trainings include Residential and Non-Residential Recipient Rights, Person Centered Planning (tailored to the needs of direct support staff), Basic Health, Basic Medications, Advanced Health and Medications, CPR/First Aid, Nutrition, Environmental Emergencies, Role of Support Provider, Working With People: Human Needs, Working with People: Positive Behavior Supports, Emergency Physical Intervention, Cultural Competence, Communicable Disease I and II, Developmental Disabilities, and Schizophrenia. The majority of trainings offered are part of the Supportive Living Curriculum, which covers content developed and endorsed by the Michigan Department of Community Health. The Supportive Living Curriculum provides a foundation for staff working in specialized adult foster care homes as well as other community settings.

Registered students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking. To maximize available openings, network180 allows walk-in students to use any seats that are not taken as of the training start time; trainings begin promptly as scheduled. Walk-in openings are filled on a first come, first served basis.

First Aid/CPR-AED Adult & Children will increase to $60.00
First Aid/CPR-AED Adult & Children refresher will increase to $50.00
First Aid or CPR only (one or the other) will increase to $40.00 |
