Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for network180 services?
Eligibility for services is determined by the evaluation of an individual's presenting problem, type of insurance, and county of residence. This can often be accomplished by a short telephone screening, however it may be necessary to schedule a face-to-face assessment.

How do I access services at network180?

Call the network180 access center at 1.800.749.7720. Our staff will talk with you to determine the most appropriate services available in Kent County. We can then decide if a face-to-face assessment would be most helpful or if you can be referred directly to a service providing agency.

How do I know which providers are available for me to make my choice?

If you have a case manager or supports coordinator, he or she will assist you in getting information about the number of providers available, who they are and where they are located. For some services, the case manager may encourage you to meet one or more providers before making your choice.

Who will pay for services?

We accept Medicaid and some types of insurance. We may also serve people who do not have insurance. Payment for services is based on your ability to pay, which is determined at your first appointment.
